A cartoon, a comic and a game

Sillycup is a character I've been drawing since my early teens. I suppose he was inspired by Chip from Disney's 'Beauty and the Beast' and fron the 'sugar bowl' in 'Sword in the Stone'.

Here he is saying Hello along with his pal Wiggles, who seems to act as Sillycup's concience.

Sillycup used to be human until he fell fowl of a witch. No - that's not a spelling mistake, he tripped over and fell on the witch's pet chicken. That is typical of him - he's clumsy. He frequently manages to break things - mostly himself. Fortunately Wiggles seems to have an endless supply of super glue.

Sillycup has a girlfriend - Carol. This cartoon sequence was drawn for a birthday card for my mother. She had just published her book Ashes to Ashes and my dad had just bought a new car.
